About The Position

The Financial Systems Senior Specialist is the Oracle Cloud EPM EPBCS technology expert responsible for hands-on technical operations, maintenance, and support of Finance systems. The role identifies opportunities for efficiencies and best practices that support business goals.

The position supports Oracle Cloud EPM Finance systems and related activities, including Master Data Management, Financial Data Integration, finance application rules and calculations, and report building and maintenance. It also supports Finance MS Access databases affecting personnel data, workforce management, strategic target planning results, and the conversion of existing processes using EPM EPBCS modules.

The specialist develops methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects, and provides technical control and support for systems used to obtain, record, and process financial information. The role participates in requirements studies, documents current and proposed system workflows and operations, modifies methods and programs to meet complex reporting needs, and provides technical consulting on complex projects.

Additional duties include system maintenance; assisting with the review, testing, and implementation of EPM system upgrades; managing EPM Cloud support tickets and cases within required timeframes and department policy; and providing escalated ACE Service Portal support to enterprise end users. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–9 years of EPM Cloud Systems Analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of EPM Cloud systems such as EPBCS, PCMCS, EDM, MS Access, or other data warehouse systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, MDX, Calc Scripts, or other programming languages.
• Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software, including Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Word.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• PowerPoint, Excel, and Project proficiency.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and standards of employee compensation and benefits administration.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP core financial applications such as Procurement, Inventory, Payables, Assets, and General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM Finance systems, including Master Data Management, Financial Data Integration, finance application rules and calculations, and report building and maintenance.
• Support Finance MS Access databases affecting personnel data, workforce management, strategic target planning results, and process conversion using EPM EPBCS modules.
• Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Develop, implement, and provide technical control and support for Finance systems that obtain, record, and process financial information.
• Participate in system requirements definition studies; develop workflows of current and proposed system operations; and collect and organize system documentation.
• Devise or modify methods and programs to address complex data reporting needs and provide technical consulting on complex projects.
• Perform system maintenance and assist with review, testing, and implementation of EPM system upgrades.
• Manage EPM Cloud support tickets and cases within required timeframes and department policy.
• Provide escalated ACE Service Portal support for enterprise end users' problem tickets and inquiries.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
