Reporting to the Finance function, the Financial Systems Administrator ensures the proper functioning, integrity, and optimization of system configurations and financial data. The Administrator actively contributes to ERP implementation, data governance, and continuous process improvement. Acting as the functional lead for financial applications, the Administrator works closely with Finance, IT, and external partners. Through their expertise, they support the ongoing transformation and contribute to improving the performance and quality of financial information across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role combining Finance and IT expertise
  • Experience participating in system implementation or optimization projects
  • Functional knowledge of finance processes
  • Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Proficiency with reporting tools (including Excel, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor (handling sensitive data)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in multidisciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of LLM-based AI models and finance use cases
  • CPA designation

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the transformation of the Finance function and positively impact financial processes
  • Document processes, system configurations, and best practices
  • Maintain and configure business rules within financial ERP modules
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to implement process and system improvements
  • Participate in testing activities for system updates, implementations, and changes
  • Implement controls to ensure the integrity, traceability, and compliance of financial data
  • Develop and automate reports for teams and management
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users
  • Support daily operations related to systems, data, and processes
  • Manage user access, roles, and security within Finance systems
