About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to obtain their Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, with dedicated training and support. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves humanizing financial interactions and will transition to working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful progression leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, focusing on growing and deepening client relationships within a portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system, which is a condition of employment.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
