The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses and developing foundational advisory skills. The program includes dedicated training for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensing, individuals will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial needs, and provide advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where clients' portfolios are grown and deepened. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system for residential loan mortgage originations. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.
