About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. Upon licensure, the role involves learning foundational skills for client relationship management, financial advising, and providing solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position progresses through stages, with opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. This role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system. Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

  • Connect clients to solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
  • Cultivate client relationships, access needs, and recommend solutions.
