About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is an entry-level position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses and developing foundational advisory skills. The role involves dedicated training for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensure, individuals will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial situations, and provide advice and solutions. The role progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful FSAs typically advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, continuing to grow client portfolios. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system, which is a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) within 30 days of hire.
  • Obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 & 65) within 120 days of hire.
