About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is designed for individuals to obtain their Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams, through dedicated training programs. Upon licensing, the role focuses on teaching foundational skills for client relationship management, understanding complex financial situations, and providing advice and solutions. The position involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions, with opportunities for advancement to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and other roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
