About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America focuses on helping individuals obtain their Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66). Upon licensure, the role involves learning foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, financial assessment, and providing tailored advice. The position progresses through stages, with the FSA I typically moving to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to further develop skills with a client portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration with the federal registry system. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination. Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
