About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America involves obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated training. Upon licensing, you will learn foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, understanding financial needs, and providing solutions. The role progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful FSA I candidates typically advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they deepen client relationships. The Academy provides ongoing support, programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations, including background checks and registration in the federal system. Failure to maintain registration may result in termination.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
  • Register with the federal registry system as required by the SAFE Act.
