About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America involves obtaining necessary Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated training programs. Upon licensure, individuals will learn foundational advisory skills, including client relationship management, understanding complex financial needs, and providing guidance and solutions. The role progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful FSAs I typically advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they further develop skills by growing and deepening relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy provides ongoing support, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, which involves registering with the federal registry system and undergoing a background check. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
