About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role is a registration-required position focused on obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and developing foundational advisory skills. Upon licensing, the role involves acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing financial needs, and providing advice and solutions. The position progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful performance leads to progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, with opportunities for further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Requirements

  • Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
