About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America's Vista Financial Center is a developmental position focused on obtaining necessary securities licenses and building foundational advisory skills. The role involves dedicated training for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensing, individuals will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess financial situations, and provide advice and solutions. The position progresses to working in a financial center, delivering core banking and investment solutions, and providing client care. Successful completion of Stage I typically leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, with opportunities for further advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and federal registry submission, with failure to comply potentially leading to termination.

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
