About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role at Bank of America's Vista Financial Center is a developmental position focused on obtaining necessary securities industry licenses and building foundational advisory skills. The program includes dedicated training for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Upon licensure, advisors will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess complex financial situations, and provide guidance and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves humanizing financial interactions and will transition to working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful completion of the FSA I stage typically leads to the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II role, with further opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides ongoing support through dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and federal registry submission, with failure to comply potentially leading to immediate termination.

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
