The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role begins with dedicated training to obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 and 65 are accepted in lieu of Series 66). Candidates must obtain the SIE within 30 days of hire and the Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days. After licensing, the advisor learns foundational skills for acquiring, building and managing client relationships, understanding clients’ financial situations, and providing advice and solutions. Compensation is a base hourly rate of $28.85–$33.65, with offers determined by experience, education and skill set; the role is not incentive eligible.
