About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) begins by completing dedicated training and obtaining the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 and 65 are accepted in lieu of Series 66). The role then develops foundational advisory skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; understanding clients’ financial circumstances; and guiding them with advice and solutions. After reaching key milestones, the advisor works in a financial center to deliver core banking services, investment solutions, and client care. Successful Stage I advisors typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue developing client relationships within a portfolio and may pursue other career opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy provides training, coaching, programs, tools, and resources throughout this career path. The position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including federal registration, a background check, and maintaining good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination. The stated licensing deadlines are 30 days after hire for the SIE and 120 days for Series 7 and Series 66. The role is based at the North Fontana Financial Center and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, on the first shift, for 40 hours per week. The pay range is $28.85–$33.65 per hour; offers are determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Compensation is base salary and is not incentive eligible.
