About The Position

The Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I role at Bank of America is a developmental position focused on obtaining necessary securities industry licenses and building foundational skills to become a financial advisor. Upon obtaining licenses such as SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, the individual will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess complex financial situations, and provide advice and solutions. The role involves working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. Successful progression leads to FSA Stage II, where clients are managed and relationships are deepened. The Academy provides ongoing support and resources throughout the career journey. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration in the federal registry system, with failure to comply potentially leading to termination.

  • Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire.
  • Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
