At Bank of America, this role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The advisor triages client leads and requests, refers clients to business partners based on their needs and asset thresholds, and meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. The position includes developing financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, as well as banking and money-managed solutions. The role requires completing required licenses and training and may involve residential mortgage loan origination. Employees in mortgage loan origination must register with the federal registry system, submit to the required SAFE Act background check, and maintain registration in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The position is open across the Indianapolis market; the specific financial center will be determined by business needs. The employee will initially train at one financial center and may then work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center within a reasonable commuting distance is identified, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Bank of America describes its culture as inclusive and supportive of teammate development and wellness, and states that it is committed to an in-office culture with role- and business-based flexibility.
