At Bank of America, this role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The advisor triages client leads, refers clients to business partners based on their needs and asset thresholds, and meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. The role involves applying and expanding professional knowledge through required licenses and training. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees must register with the federal registry system, complete the required background check, and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The role is open across the Eastern Long Island market. The financial center location will depend on business needs. New hires train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center within a reasonable commuting distance is determined, to the extent permitted by law. Bank of America maintains an in-office culture supporting collaboration, engagement, and career development, with flexibility based on role responsibilities and business needs.
