At Bank of America, this role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The advisor triages client leads, refers clients to business partners based on their needs and asset thresholds, and meets with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. The role requires completing required licenses and training and may involve residential mortgage loan origination. Because the position requires SAFE Act registration, employees must register with the federal registry system, complete the required background check, and maintain registration in good standing; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination. The position is open across the Western Long Island market. The specific Financial Center location will be determined by business needs. An employee offered the role will train at one financial center and may initially work in a phone-based capacity until a financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance of home is determined, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The role is first shift, 40 hours per week, and is compensated with a base salary of $28.85–$33.65 per hour. Offers are determined based on experience, education, and skill set; the role is not incentive eligible and is currently benefits eligible.
