About The Position
We are looking for a Part-Time Financial Services Specialist (Teller) to join our Branch team in Portland. In this role, you'll help customers with their day-to-day banking needs while building relationships and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals. The anticipated hours are 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with additional flexibility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous customer service or retail experience and a passion for helping others.
- A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and product referrals.
- Support branch growth by identifying customer needs and referring mortgage, home equity, and other banking opportunities to the appropriate team members.
