Requirements

Professional oral and written communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to stay cool under pressure and treat everyone with respect.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and the internet.

Reliable transportation and readiness to travel between branches as assigned.
High school diploma or GED (required).

A Bachelor’s degree or previous client service experience is definitely a plus!

Responsibilities

Build long-term, profitable relationships by providing "wow" level customer service.
Help clients manage their money by processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with efficiency and precision.
Identify client needs and match them with the perfect solutions to meet their financial goals—from new checking and savings accounts to specialized sales referrals.
Keep things running smoothly by balancing cash drawers, managing vault currency, and troubleshooting ATMs.
