This role is crucial in guiding customers through their financial journey, helping them meet their financial needs and achieve upward credit mobility. As the face of World Finance, the representative will empathize, empower, and engage with customers, providing top-tier service. The primary responsibility involves assisting the Branch Manager in the effective and efficient operation of the branch, focusing on maximizing growth, utilizing sound lending skills, and ensuring effective collection of accounts. The position also plays a vital role in marketing the branch and Company culture through excellent customer service. World Finance, established in 1962 and based in Greenville, SC, serves over one million customers annually across more than 1,200 branches in 16 states, offering services like personal loans and tax preparation. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
  • Process and prepare loan applications.
  • Take and process payments.
  • Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
  • Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
  • Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
  • Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
  • Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
  • Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
