Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during every customer interaction
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
Build relationships by engaging customers in meaningful conversations
Understand customer needs and recommend beneficial banking solutions
Assist with account servicing requests and banking inquiries
Maintain accuracy while handling cash and balancing transactions
Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and exceptional service
Follow bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
Continue developing banking knowledge through training and professional development
