The Financial Services Representative (FSR) drives loan sales, manages past-due accounts, prepares individual tax returns, and works directly with customers to address their financial needs. The role includes substantial daily outbound calling and high-volume collection activity, in-person customer meetings, loan closing, and generating new business while keeping accounts current. The FSR manages a fast-paced workload, challenging conversations, and performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour, based on experience and location, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Total earnings can increase with individual and branch performance. The company has over 1,000 branches across 16 states and has served customers since 1962. This is an office-based role requiring regular in-person attendance during scheduled work hours. The work combines stationary duties with movement throughout the office, frequent customer and coworker interaction, computer and document work, and occasional local travel to offsite locations and banks. Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
