About The Position

This role is part of a highly collaborative, Agile-driven team that operates in 2-week sprints. The team consists of domain specialists focused on process improvement, system functionality, and delivering high-quality results. They act as teachers, creators, and influencers, prioritizing effective communication, user training, and proactive support for production issues. The position plays a critical role in innovating the capabilities and functionality of Cisco Capital’s Global Connect Applications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience, specifically within Cisco Capital or a leasing company.
  • 3-5 years of experience with the Infolease or related subledger receivables system, lease accounting, Agile methodology, product development, and testing cycles.
  • Proficiency in applying accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) to classify and summarize financial transactions.

  • Strong verbal and written business communication skills; ability to document requirements, create capacity plans, and debug complex system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and documenting business requirements.
  • Collaborating with IT development teams to deliver enhanced platform functionality.
  • Managing the project backlog and planning future enhancements.
  • Conducting gap analyses, impact assessments, and building process flow documentation.
  • Crafting test cases, reporting defects, and providing user training.
  • Acting as a domain specialist to resolve production issues and partner concerns.
