Requirements

  • Well organized and possesses strong time management skills.

  • Strong financial skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s License with a good driving record.
  • OMVIC Certified

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business office targets and objectives.
  • Ensure the Finance & Insurance department fulfills targets, maintains high customer satisfaction levels and complies with all legal and OMVIC requirements.
  • Present all available products to all customers all the time, building value in the products for the customers, resulting in a compelling reason to purchase.
  • Work with OEM Captive Finance companies and Bank institutions to get customer contracts funded efficiently and quickly.
  • Participate in professional training.
  • Identify targets for finance product sales and ensure that such targets are met.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate advice.
  • Work with Sales Managers and Sales Team to maximize the “F&I starts at the front door” approach.
