Requirements
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
- 2-5 years of financial services, mortgage servicing, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation experience.
- Experience handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
