About The Position

The EPIC division, Treloar & Heisel, specializes in serving dental and medical professionals by helping them secure their financial future. This role is a full-time position based in New Castle, PA, with a training program and future territory assignment. It offers a career path in Business Development & Financial Services, focusing on building relationships and driving growth outside of a traditional desk environment. The Financial Services Associate will be responsible for developing professional relationships, identifying client needs, and supporting financial professionals in delivering solutions. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience will be provided to build a foundation for a successful career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate following the training period.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain them.

  • Previous sales, business development, customer service, or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver presentations to professional organizations, businesses, and prospective clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
  • Partner with senior financial professionals to develop and strengthen client relationships.
  • Gain expertise in financial services, insurance products, and client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and manage an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to support ongoing business growth.
