We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Financial Services Team as a Associate, Financial Services. Your primary role will be to provide back-office consumer admin support to Conexus East Advisors while working in a high volume, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time temporary position until April 30, 2027. We are open to considering candidates in all locations across Saskatchewan. Depending on the location of work, union membership may be required.
Requirements
- Proven success working with fluctuating and high volumes
- 1 year Financial Industry experience
- Consumer, Deposit and Lending administration knowledge are an asset
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and support services to a variety of Conexus retail team members, acting as a liaison between Advisor and internal departments
- Identify needs, refer opportunities to Advisor, develop relationships, and follow up when necessary
- Process and maintain member-related documents, transactions, reports, and files in accordance with established procedures
- Ensuring consumer accounts, lending, and investment data is where it should be and that all “t’s are crossed” and “i’s are dotted”
