Requirements

Licensed Financial Security Advisor (AMF).
A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills in French and English.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent at relationship-building and presentation skills.
Comfortable using technology and AI for virtual meetings and client management.
An independent thinker while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (French and English).
Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, or wealth management.
Established professional network within Quebec.
Passion for financial education and client empowerment.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Educate individuals, families, and business owners on advanced wealth-building strategies.
Conduct virtual and in-person discovery meetings.
Design personalized financial strategies tailored to each client's goals.
Guide clients through the implementation of insurance and wealth strategies.
Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews and coaching.
Leverage Ascendant Financial's proprietary educational systems and marketing resources to grow your practice.
Continuously develop your expertise through coaching, training, and mentorship.
