About The Position

Magnolia Wealth Strategies offers a comprehensive transformation experience through its Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Program. This intensive 13-week program is designed to accelerate your journey to success by combining proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application. You will work directly with industry-leading experts who have trained thousands of successful financial advisors. The program includes licensing and certification support, mentorship, training programs, professional development resources, and a growth-minded culture. The training involves both in-person and online components, with the initial days at the Marriott Hotel in Metairie, followed by weekly classes. The program requires participants to live or have lived in Louisiana.

Requirements

• Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA.
• Need 1 License to start training: Life Insurance License (obtained through 2 weeks of online training provided).
• Start Background check.
• Complete Pre-Training / Technology Set Up.
• Attend Week 1 training (24 hours over 3 days @ Marriott, Metairie).
• Attend Weeks 2-13 training (4-10 hours/week on varying days).
• Desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Already have the Life & Health License or SIE.

Responsibilities
