About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Advisor / Guidance Consultant to provide financial guidance and client support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a service-oriented advisory role with no requirement to build or maintain a personal book of business.

Requirements

Fully licensed Financial Advisor
1+ year of experience providing financial guidance, advice, or client consultations
Strong client relationship and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Call center advisory experience preferred
Experience as an Advice Specialist, Guidance Consultant, or in a Financial Services client-support environment is highly desirable
Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent), and Life & Health licenses are a plus (Life & Health can be obtained after hire)

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance and support to clients through inbound and outbound interactions
Manage client service requests within a structured service queue
Conduct outbound outreach regarding insurance opportunities, RMDs, and other qualifying products and services
Build strong client relationships
