About The Position
The Foster Region of Modern Woodmen is seeking a Financial Representative to support the region’s continued growth. The role focuses on addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the growth of the local office. Over time, responsibilities may expand to recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives. Compensation is commission-based with performance incentives. Based on historical results, representatives may earn approximately $97,000–$192,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. The position offers training and development with experienced financial services professionals, a supportive environment, opportunities for professional growth and recognition, and flexible work-from-home options.
Requirements

- Hold an SIE Certification or be willing to obtain it quickly.
