About The Position

Modern Woodmen’s Nungesser Region is seeking a Financial Representative to support the continued growth of its local office and help members address their financial needs. The role involves building relationships, serving clients, demonstrating leadership in the community, and contributing to the organization’s growth. Over time, the position may expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives. Compensation is commission-based with performance incentives. Historical results indicate representatives may earn approximately $97,000–$192,000 annually, but earnings vary and are not guaranteed. The position includes training and development support from experienced financial services professionals, a supportive team environment, opportunities to grow income and professional credentials, and a strong benefits and retirement package.
