Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field
A minimum of five years' experience in financial reporting in the financial services industry, or combination of equivalent experience and education
A demonstrated strong foundation in finance and accounting principles
Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Support and complete requirements for internal and external financial reporting
Assist on special projects to enhance and increase efficiency as it relates to the financial close process
Responsible for the compilation and analysis of the Allowance for Loan Loss and Interest Rate Risk models
Responsible for various risk and liquidity reports and projections
