About The Position

Join Equitable Advisors as a Financial Professional within the Retirement Benefits Group (RBG). This role focuses on addressing the unique retirement needs of professionals in sectors such as education, healthcare, and government. The position offers a structured development path to becoming a wealth manager, including licensing and employment, with the flexibility to design your own work-life balance and achieve limitless income potential. You will engage with clients, educate them on financial products and services, and implement tailored solutions. The role involves working outside the office in local schools and municipalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
  • State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing
  • Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives
  • Ability to work with and learn from top performers
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
  • Educate clients on our diverse financial products and services, demonstrating how these solutions can be tailored to meet their unique needs.
  • Analyze and organize client data, ensure confidentiality, prepare and implement appropriate products & services.
  • Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities.
