Requirements
- Active Connecticut Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Financial services or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused
- Coachable and eager to continue learning
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Desire to build a long-term career with ownership opportunities
Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified clients and referral opportunities
- Conduct educational retirement and Medicare planning appointments
- Help individuals and families protect what matters most
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust
- Develop your own growing practice with the support of experienced mentors
- Participate in educational seminars and community outreach events
- Continue expanding your knowledge through ongoing professional development
