About The Position

Tribridge Partners, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company, is seeking a Financial Planning & Investment Advisor. This role involves building lasting client relationships, leading financial planning discussions, assessing goals and risk tolerance, and developing actionable plans. The advisor will present tailored recommendations, manage portfolios, monitor accounts, and adjust strategies as needed. Key areas of advice include retirement, education savings, estate planning, insurance, tax-efficient investing, and wealth preservation. The role also requires regular portfolio reviews, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, collaborating with specialists, maintaining accurate records, staying updated on industry trends, and driving practice growth through business development and networking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Appropriate securities and insurance licenses (such as FINRA Series 7, Series 66/65), or the ability to obtain them.
  • Experience in financial planning, investment advisory, wealth management, or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and financial planning concepts.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Nice To Haves

  • CFP® certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
