About The Position
Waters Corporation is seeking outstanding future talent for a summer internship within the Finance Team in Milford, Massachusetts. This internship offers a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience at the world's leading specialty measurement company. The program will last approximately ten weeks and commence in the spring/summer of 2027. This specific role is a Financial Planning and Analysis Internship for driven undergraduate students eager to immerse themselves in the world of finance. Several positions are available in Milford, MA, and New Castle, DE.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in corporate finance, strategy, and business operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reporting.
- Support KPI dashboard development and business performance reviews.
- Analyze revenue, operating expenses, and investment programs.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses related to growth initiatives and business performance.
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to generate insights.
- Participate in process improvement and digital finance initiatives.
