About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst role at ProCo, LLC, the MSO behind AICA Orthopedics, offers direct reporting to the CFO from day one. This position involves building and maintaining financial models for a unique business model where revenue is PI-contingent, meaning cash arrives when personal injury cases settle. The role requires managing financial operations for 21 clinics across metro Atlanta, including consolidation and location-level analysis. The company is actively expanding, necessitating pro forma analysis for new clinic openings, service line investments, and growth capital decisions. This is a lean finance function where the analyst's models directly inform the CFO's decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build or maintain complex financial models from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator across finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Healthcare finance, medical services, or MSO experience — reduces ramp time significantly
  • Multi-site financial operations — location-level P&Ls, consolidations, shared services
  • Revenue cycle, accounts receivable aging, or contingent revenue modeling experience
  • Background in professional or legal services with event-driven revenue recognition
  • FP&A planning tool experience — Adaptive, Planful, or similar

  • Calculate ROIC, breakeven timelines, and cash flow impacts on proposed growth
  • Run scenario analyses and stress tests on expansion initiatives
