About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance and growth. The incumbent will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
8 years of related experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
Analytical skills
Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

MBA or CPA preferred
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
Experience in financial analysis in a relevant industry

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
Partner with department leaders to evaluate performance and optimize costs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
Support long-range planning and scenario analysis
Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and executive communications
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports
