About The Position

Hirevue is seeking an Operational FP&A Analyst to partner with business leaders and manage budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze commercial SaaS performance. The role works closely with the Director of FP&A and CFO and is an operational corporate finance position focused on accounting literacy and advanced Excel-based financial modeling, rather than business intelligence, data analytics, or SQL engineering. The analyst owns expense-side P&L analysis for assigned operating departments, supports the monthly close, and leads budget reviews and rolling forecasts. The role also builds and maintains workforce and headcount cost models, analyzes SaaS unit economics, prepares executive commentary for C-suite and Board reporting, and partners with Go-to-Market leaders on financial planning. The analyst supports Hirevue’s Workday Adaptive Planning environment, improves Excel models and forecasting processes, and performs ad-hoc scenario analysis for leadership. This is a work-from-home role. The employee must be able to work in a distraction-free home environment suitable for virtual video meetings. Hirevue has a BYOD policy and uses Google User Enrollment to manage work-related aspects of personal devices while keeping personal apps and data separate.
