About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced paraplanner and client services team manager to lead its growing paraplanner team across the country, which currently consists of 17 paraplanners. This is a player-coach role, initially split 50% as a paraplanner and 50% in leadership management, with leadership responsibilities increasing as the team expands. The successful candidate is expected to establish themselves as a top paraplanner performer within the first 12 months, gradually taking on more management duties. Golden Reserve is a full-service RIA and insurance firm dedicated to transforming the financial industry for retirees and its team of financial professionals. The company has rapidly expanded to over 40 offices across 9 states. Golden Reserve generates leads through its nationwide radio and television show, seminar workshops, digital marketing, and world-class client services. The role is full-time and requires the individual to be in-office in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

Three (3)+ Years of management experience (having direct reports)
Five (5)+ Years of professional service paraplanner experience
Ohio Life and Health Insurance license
Communication Excellence – managing and inspiring a team, and supporting clients requires a world class communicator, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

Building out financial plans
Managing open annuity application processing until issuance
Prepping all custodian and insurance paperwork
Running policy delivery meetings
Annual review preparation
Being the first line for communication for all client requests and communication
