The Client Service Paraplanner plays a critical role in supporting advisors and delivering high-quality client experience in a fast-paced wealth management environment. This position partners closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings, manage client communication, and ensure accuracy across client records, reporting, and follow-through. Approximately 60% or more of time is spent communicating directly with clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and client-focused — someone who understands that preparation, precision, and follow-through directly impact client trust and advisor effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal partners
  • 3+ of experience in a personal financial advisory, sales support, or client service role
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Series 7 license required
  • Series 66 (or 63/65) and Group 1 licenses required to obtain within 3 months of starting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare for client meetings by summarizing notes, emails, calls, and relevant financial data
  • Review and prepare investment and account reports for client meetings
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare clear, professional summary letters
  • Make outbound calls and emails to service existing clients and address routine requests
  • Answer client questions via phone and email, researching and resolving issues as needed
  • Confirm transactions with clients and ensure proper documentation and follow-through
  • Assist clients with money movement requests and other account-related transactions
  • Execute client-related projects and follow-related work through completion
  • Manage advisor calendars and assist with meeting coordination
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and document all client interactions
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items, new business, and next steps
  • Review and update client information in preparation for review meetings
  • Ensure tasks are initiated, tracked, and completed accurately and on time

  • Competitive salary range starting at $70,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
