We are a high-performing, close-knit wealth management firm located in the Greater Houston area, serving successful individuals and families. The Client Service Paraplanner plays a critical role in supporting advisors and delivering high-quality client experience in a fast-paced wealth management environment. This position partners closely with advisors to prepare for client meetings, manage client communication, and ensure accuracy across client records, reporting, and follow-through. Approximately 60% or more of time is spent communicating directly with clients via phone and email. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and client-focused — someone who understands that preparation, precision, and follow-through directly impact client trust and advisor effectiveness.
