About The Position

Our team supports senior-level DoD and service personnel with complex systems in the undersea domain. You’ll leverage your specialized knowledge and expertise in supporting uncrewed systems and marine mammals, including applying scientific and engineering principles, criteria, and techniques to identify and assess threat system safety hazards and inform the implementation of mitigations to reduce warfighter risk. As a Financial Office Assistant, you'll enjoy a dynamic team environment of client and contractor staff while executing research and development of robotic and uncrewed systems across multiple operational domains and mission areas. You'll apply advanced consulting, expertise, and knowledge to support an ever-growing client. You will develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Department of War command structures, policy, and formal documentation
  • Experience with submarine deployment and Operational Tempo
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Conducting customer service and sales, including understanding customer needs within the constraints of the client
  • Writing information papers and communicating with Department of War officials
  • Task management in a high stress environment and continually assessing day-to-day improvements
  • Organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings and working groups
  • Providing systems support and technical assistance to direct reporting senior government personnel
  • Analyzing, researching, assessing, and organizing technical data into cohesive and clear reports and presentations
  • Demonstrating effective communication and encouraging a strong team work environment
