About The Position

You will be the Financial Management Staff for the E&T‑Finance program team. Our team is responsible for developing and tracking budgets, forecasting manpower, and performing Earned Value analysis across multiple funding sources. As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for leading program finance functions, establishing cost baselines, and guiding a team of Business Analysts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain program budgets, manpower forecasts, and Earned Value calculations. Establish and manage program cost baselines; conduct variance and Earned Value analysis using EFS, SAP, and other enterprise tools. Coordinate Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor and coach junior Financial Analysts. Drive financial reporting and risk assessments to support decision‑making across the program.

Requirements

  • Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Program team leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, and presentation skills
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
  • Interest in Technical details as position supports Engineering & Technology.
  • Microsoft office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with E&T Finance Roles and Responsibilities in order to manage the teams workload, growth, and opportunities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the E&T Finance to include earned value management in a DFAR environment.
  • Previous experience in mentoring/leading early career employees and multi-functional coordination in a matrix environment
