About The Position

The Contracts Negotiator will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including negotiating, administering, extending, terminating, and renegotiating standard and non-standard contracts. This role involves evaluating contract performance to identify the need for amendments, extensions, or corrective actions, and maintaining clear communication to ensure timely execution of contract obligations. The position also requires ensuring that final contract documents accurately reflect negotiated agreements and providing guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
