About The Position

You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team. As the Financial Management Analyst you will be supporting a multitude of program finance functions including: establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), and conducting Earned Value analysis and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: Cost allocation, Controlling costs, Preparing financial performance reports and contractual deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree
Experience in any of the following: Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.
Must be a US Citizen
This position will require a government security clearance.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to CostView, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
