This is a 100% on-site position located in Washington, DC. The successful candidate must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The role involves managing the workflow of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests, ensuring prompt responses and legal compliance. Key responsibilities also include maintaining and performing technical tasks within the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, managing SharePoint site content and permissions, creating and running PowerShell scripts for reports and records tasks, and assisting in the development of information management policies for M365 and Salesforce platforms.
