OCT currently has an opening for a mid-level Records Management Specialist to support the agency’s information management program at its Washington, DC headquarters. This role manages FOIA and Privacy Act processes, Salesforce CRM administration, SharePoint content management, and records governance across M365 and Salesforce platforms. This position is contingent upon contract award.
